Are Pathfinder advisors investors themselves?
Yes, all our advisors are experienced investors themselves, some have been investing for over 20 years. At Pathfinder, we practise what we preach. We believe only by “staying in the trench”, could we continuously help our clients to beat the street.
Is Pathfinder affiliated with any developers ?
No, Pathfinder does not sell for any developers. In other words, we are 100% independent and do not receive any commission from developers or any other 3rd parties.
What is the fee structure ?
In general, our fees are between 0.9% to 2.5% (exc gst) of the purchase price, depends on the level of service and type of property you purchase.
